  • Products are transported in temperature-controlled, closed vehicles to maintain optimal conditions.
  • Customers are advised to check product quality upon receipt and report any issues immediately to the QC department.

2. Pricing and Order Requirements:

  • Prices fluctuate weekly based on market conditions.
  • Prices may vary depending on the size and type of fish requested.
  • Each product must be ordered with a minimum of 10kg.
  • Each store or business location must order a minimum of 100kg per delivery.
  • Bulk orders require at least 2 days’ prior notice to ensure the best pricing and availability.

3. Order Processing and Delivery:

  • Orders are processed based on availability and priority.
  • Deliveries are made efficiently through our secure and controlled logistics network.
  • We provide delivery services globally for overseas orders.
  • Customers must ensure proper storage of products immediately after receiving them to maintain freshness.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities:

  • Altum Fisheries is not responsible for any product quality concerns after receipt of delivery.
  • Customers must verify product quality with the QC team before accepting and storing the product.
  • Any claims or disputes regarding product quality must be made immediately upon delivery.

5. Payment Terms:

  • Payments must be completed within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties.
  • For bulk or international orders, a deposit may be required before processing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted only if made before dispatch.
  • Refunds will not be provided once the product has been shipped.
  • In case of discrepancies, refunds or replacements are subject to approval by our QC team.

7. Compliance and Legal Guidelines:

  • Altum Fisheries reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the governing law applicable to our business operations.
